Organizational Evil

Abstract

Organizational evil refers to the institutionalization of negative behaviors with culpable intention and destructive consequence. Corruption is a facet of organizational evil. State capture, as the most fundamental and influential organizational corruption, can legalize trespass of the public good for political leaders by changing game rules in the society. If organizational evil is not remedied in a timely manner, it will fundamentally undermine the moral fiber of society and yield long-term disorder, which ultimately cause harm to ordinary citizens.
